Repositioning a 15-year boutique lodge into 47 beachfront apartments.
Seasons Residences transforms the site of the former Seasons Lodge on Zanzibar's east coast into a professionally managed residential community.
The development retains guaranteed beach access and ocean views through the adjacent lodge operation while adding 47 apartments across studio, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse configurations.
This is the first project built to Leisuredential standards — a model we developed for coastal ownership that balances personal use with rental participation and professional management.

- Regulatory approvals (ESIA, ZIPA, permits)

- Operator structure for post-completion management
